Brand new with the titleist OEM adapter (with serial number)! Never hit and no wear marks. This shaft is 44 3/8 inches uninstalled and will play ~1 inch longer in all titleist driver heads. This adapter works from GTS all the way to 910 from over 15 years ago. The grip is a brand new titleist 360 velvet style grip - imo an amazing grip from lamkin.
